Distance Sales Agreement — This is the contract required by Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation. It is a statutory Turkish form and is therefore kept in Turkish: a translated statutory contract is not the contract. The same commercial terms — price, currency, VAT, renewal, cancellation and the 14-day right of withdrawal — are set out in English in our Terms of Service and Cancellation and Refund Policy.
